The Eurovision 2025 semifinal running order was announced on 27 March, placing 31 countries in their semifinal spots.
We already know who the 37 performing acts are, so why not find out when they will perform? Some time ago, the semifinal allocation draw took place, so we had a general idea, but now, the Eurovision production team in Switzerland has placed the acts in the order you will see them in May.
Marginally related to this, home country Switzerland will perform 19th in the 2025 grand final. Before today, that was the only known song placement in the running order for any of the three shows.

First Semifinal
The following songs will be performed at the first semifinal on Tuesday, 13 May.

Reaction to the Eurovision 2025 Semifinal Running Order
- Finland, as expected, got a great spot to close out the semifinal.
- Montenegro got the worst placement and worst possible situation out of any of the 31 competing songs.
- Malta kind of got buried in the middle.
- Iceland leading off the first semifinal was predictable.
- Estonia in 4th in the first semifinal is curious. Not really a great placement but it won’t struggle to qualify.
- Portugal is sandwiched by two high-energy songs and that could be problematic.
- Cyprus needs to have a big show to close out the first semifinal. If it weren’t in last, I’m not sure it would qualify.
